Vallejos presented a seminar on "Admissibility of Expert Witness Testimony in State and Federal Court in West Virginia" at the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia 2008 Annual Meeting at the Glade Springs Resort in Beckley, West Virginia. This presentation was a summary of the state and federal standards governing expert witness testimony, as well as practical tips for young attorneys for attacking and defending the admissibility of expert witness testimony. An article was also published in conjunction with this presentation.
